I am stoked. I've just left the 180s and pray I NEVER see them again. If I eat right and exercise, I know I'll keep doing better. I just need that self control. God help me!!!

Well, I did lose weight, so that is good. The more I do that, I think the more excited I'll get and I'm hoping it turns into a snowball type effect. I'm still not doing so good on my exercising. I HATE to exercise, and I have no exercise buddy which I know would make it more fun, but there just isn't anyone...so this is something I'm gong to have to work on for sure.
I wonder how one would make themselves their own exercise buddy...now there's a thought.
Anyway...onward and downward I'm hoping. We'll see how things go.

I did NOT do so good today, but I'm not giving up. I AM determined to do this and stick with it for the first time in my life. I'm so tired of yoyo dieting. It's not only unhealthy, but it's exhausting, emotionally. I just can't do this anymore. Tomorrow, I WILL show improvement over today, and every day thereafter. It's my health and my life at stake here. I NEED to do this.
I haven't been exercising, either. I need to pop in my Mama Mia sound track CD and get to MOVING. That sound track really gets my body wanting to get up and DANCE, yes!!! I WILL do this!!!

I didn't do so good today. My husband, and I, are cooks at a daycare and today we had Tater Tot Casserole. I can not resist TT Casserole, and it did me in on calories. I will NOT be eating anything else today, other than another cup of coffee which I've already calculated into my daily food for today...so I might as well.
I have to get serious now, though, because I'm starting a challenge to keep calories low from today until Christmas. This will be great because I'll lose weight, and look half way decent for our family Christmas get together. Anyway...The time is NOW!
