I have noo idea what is going on with my daily fluctuation !!!! but I seriously hope to see my weight next monday at leaassttt less than 2 pounds than a week ago :(

I have a question !! why every morning I go on the scale when I wake up twice and I get a number but 5 minutes later that number changes and goes UP :S is there any explanation for this ?? Personally I like to believe the first two numbers because they do not change, What do you guys suggest I should do ??!!!

I honestly have nooo idea why I am gaining weight !!!!!!!!! and I am upset that my metabolism is so slow, I want to boost it somehow but I don't know how so i am hoping that at the end of this week I'll see my weight under 66 Kg :(

I gained again and i'm hoping it's just daily fluctuation because every weekend my system is all messed up because I stay up very late and I skip breakfast the next day so we will see what's gonna happen tmw :( i am losing weight veerrryyy slowly and it makes me so upset, hoping for the best anyway !!
