these last two weeks my weight has been consistent. i have been pretty mindful of my food except for today Sunday. i allowed this to happen. i think every once in a while this is okay to do. this week i want to step up my ante! i am determined to get under 100kgs

yesterday i cheated with treat caramel, tennisbiscuits and peppermint crisps. it wasnt worth it
