Very sad that I've lost weight again, but I have another infection which has curbed my appetite again. Thankfully no oedema. Will try harder after antibiotics have done their magic 👍🌻

Am still trying to gain some weight. Have been enjoying some Royal Sweets food again after finding the online shop. Hoping their veggie options will balance me and put some calorie load into me too. Need to gain about a Stone.
