I call it the hot chocolate, soft toast bread and lentil soup diet,
special tip: have your orthodontists russian assistant tie your braces extra tight so you can't chew for a few days and it takes you 10 minutes to "eat" a slice of soft bread by ripping it into tiny pieces and crushing them with your tongue.
