I did good. Only had 2 Lindt pieces of
chocolate. i planned my lunch & dinner, which were frozen dinners. One day at a
time.

No Sweets. While in target i wanted a candy bar but didnt get one. i had a taste for pizza but i didnt give in.

Today i went to the gym. Although i was
debating, i really wanted to go. When i got
there, i did 15 minutes of cardio. Then i
worked on the machines for my arms. At the end of my workout i did 15 minutes of cardio. Day 1 - No Sweets.
