Keto Strawberry Macadamia milk smoothie with chia seeds.
I used 1.5 T of seeds this time, soaked them for 10 minutes before blending & thing kept me satisfied for hours & hours.

Keto meal ($14 for 2) all cooked in the same pan in 30 minutes. Everything delivered free (Whole Foods) except zucchini. Cilantro lime cauliflower rice, Olive oil sizzled homegrown zucchini & cherry tomatoes & crispy Salmon with homegrown lemon. 😋

Grow bag veggie plants are doing great. Can’t wait til the peppers, tomatoes & chard are ready. I’m a beginner so it’s exciting to see success. Zucchini seems to always be ready to cook 1x a week like clockwork 😁

Keto Almond Macadamia smoothie. I wanted to play around with chia seeds which I’ve never done. This came out yummy/ like the flavor of an almond energy bar.
I used 365 almond extract from WF, Garden of Life Vanilla plant protein & TJ’s almond butter.
