Mari makaaaan.
Tetep ada oat nya, diacak2 pake telor+daun bawang. (ga sengaja sih, tdnya mau bikin dadar telor campur oat, lupa ga pk minyak, jd hancur lebur😄 tp rasa tetep enak)

my brunch 290 kalori
ceritanya ini oat yg dibikin bubur manado ala2, isinya kangkung, labu siam kecil dan jamur merang, semua dimasak (rebus), cuma pakai kaldu blok. Lauknya telur rebus ajah, dan tomatnya cuma dimakan satu biji doang... kekenyangaaaan😄

Lebih sering makan beginian (beginian apadah😄), lidah jadi lebih peka & kenyang lebih lama, jadi bikin males ngemil. #buburoat #saladsayur

Bubur Oat, nge-recook punya @adeliayosenany beneran enaaaak, kaya bubur ayam, kalori 300an lebih lah. Kalau aq tambahin taburan boncabe dikit, buat rasa2 spicy.
