Yesterday was my 8 month anniversary here on Fatsecret. While I met my goal a while back, I feel for me I need to stay the course and see where the scale lands. I still have a drop from time to time although much less now. Thanks to each and every one of you that have commented, supported and encouraged me along the way. There is no other place I would rather spend my free time reading posts. I hope in some way I have encouraged someone along their journey as so many have encouraged mine. I know we are not in this alone.

So my granddaughter who is almost 5 years old was in a real talkative mood. She says "Jesus is the Son" I agreed. Later after playing a whole outside she came in all hot and red-faced. I (her Nana) asked her why her face was so red? Her response "Jesus gave me a hot flash!". Oh my gosh, I was rolling on the floor. Kids pick up on everything. I made her a Christmas ornament telling this story. Kids say the darndest things 🤗
