OK, I didn't lose any weight this week. I'm not going to get myself down though. Considering I made cookies, brownies, and bought a new flavor if ice cream I'll be happy with just not gaining more.

My husband (yes, the same guy who didn't notice when I chopped 8 inches off my hair)commented yesterday that he's pretty sure my butt has gotten smaller! Woo-hoo! I also was able to tighten an extra notch on my belt this AM. Though I don't really feel I'm getting smaller, I must be.

I think the best way for me to lose weight is to cancel weekends. Went out with friends last night, ate too much and had adult beverages besides. I also hit the ice cream earlier in the day. I was going to try to log what I ate, but I lost track. Argh! Today I'm working on stepping up the exercise.
