Doing well with the exercise... now, to get the food under control! lol... Portion control... whole foods, less snacking... recording food intake. Those are the things that got me to where I wanted to be. Now... just have to get back to that place. I am feeling strong, and optimistic, and I know I'll get to where I want to be. Still working on the how to stay there part, though. Yep, I know - I have the rest of my life to figure this out. I think I've come to the place where I can finally accept this isn't something I have/can conquer. It'll be an issue that I will always have to deal with. Okay. Don't love that idea, but maybe one day I can learn to embrace it. Now, anyone looking for a new dvd to try? I'm loving - absolutely LOVING the Piloxing dvd with Vivaca Jensen. I feel it really does seem to lengthen muscles as it strengthens them. Loving it! Make me feel (as the Piloxing goddess suggests) sleek, sexy, and powerful! lol Hope you're all having a great weekend! Anyone else having computer issues? If I make this into paragraphs, I get the Aw, Snap page that it crashes. Also, have the time I start a new bout of typing, the first letter I type doesn't appear. Weird stuff, but with that virus going around, just wondering if this is something to be concerned about.

Need to step up the water today and keep close watch on calorie intake. I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and ate more than I should have. Good food choices overall, just too many of them. Hope the number drops some by tomorrow - really thought I'd have dropped at least one of those pounds by this morning. Damn enchiladas!

Damn those enchiladas! lol... I knew the scale would reflect my "weakness"! Since I know I didn't eat 10,000 calories worth of enchiladas, I'm pretty sure the number should drop by two pounds within a day or so. Just trying to weigh in more often again to keep myself accountable.
Today's plan - drink a LOT of water and work out. Should do some housework and really need to weed through my closet again and get rid of the excess. Hope everyone is having a great day! Down on the downward slide to the weekend again :D
