Not been in a good place . Had a bad infection in my leg . Was put on antibiotics for 10 days and then went back to doctors, only to have to do another 10 days . Then got over that only for hubby's sister to pop over to visit and she left us a pressie . SHE GAVE US COVID SO AGAIN I HAD TO STAY INSIDE AND THAT TOOK ANOTHER 2 WEEKS . So I didn't feel well enough to carry on with my diet .

Still having the odd bad day . But in all they are mostly positive. Got yo get myself back in the game . Making sure I register my food etc on a regular basis .

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE . HOPE YOU ALL STAYED SAFE. Had a bad week . Wanted to enjoy Christmas and we did just that . Not worried about falling off the wagon . One week from 52 ain't that bad .
