I went away for the weekend. I did not follow my diet at all. So glad to be home so I can get back on track tomorrow. I'm also going to up my calories from 1000 to 1500. I think that puts me well over my 20 point limit on ww but I'm sick of being hungry. If I do the exercise with it, I'm hoping to still lose and maintain. Ok Hope everyone had a great weekend. Go Eagles. Go PHILLIES!!!

Holy Crap!! I was so excited to see 126 today. The last 12 days of being so consumed with food being put into my mouth is paying off. I even stepped on the scale 3 times to make sure it wasn't fibbing to me.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

I'm trying that wendie diet plan with ww. So yesterday I had almost 1200 calories. I'm trying to keep it at 1000 today to try and get a change on the scale. I seriously doubt its gonna happen though. 127 for the 5th day in a row.
It's only 6pm and I already ate 18.5 points. How in the world am I gonna go the rest of the night with only 1.5 points???? I don't know how i'm going to do it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
