Still heading in the right direction 😁 Losing fat and gaining muscle bla bla bla lol... Gym's great, life's great, everything's great 😎😉😁... Can I go back to bed now??? But seriously folks all IS fine 😉
I also wish to thank all of you wonderful people who have supported me so far 😃 When I try to acknowledge you through the app it won't connect and when I go online to try to get to the site it sends me to the app D'ohhh!!! Anyhow you are all appreciated 😉 Have a fantastic week folks...

Overall a good week 😁 getting over the initial soreness of going back to gym... Which, I can tell you doesn't get easier as one gets older D'ohhh!!! 😥 Also celebrated 6 months without a cigarette 😁 Woohoo!!! 👍After 40 years of the bloody things I am so glad to be free of them... All in all an excellent week 😁😁😁 Wishing all of you the best week ever!!!

Stupid internet 😲 Anyway, Started back at gym yesterday💪it only hurts a little 🤤 lol... Love starting after a break 😁 cause you can't go too hard so I just enjoy the first couple of weeks 🙄After that the real fun starts 🤓 lol....
