I up a little from last night's party. I'm feeling a little carb hangover and bloated. Today's going to be a low carb day to reverse the effect of all the ice cream and cake I ate last night. I did 17 minutes of Zumba before bed last night too.

Today starts a 3day weekend for most and a 4day weekend for a lucky few, like me!!! It is also my niece's birthday. Today's challenge is her birthday party and making sure to get up and move for 30 minutes. This weekend's challenges are to move every day and log ALL of my food. I achieved a personal mini-challenge: I was able to zip my size 22 (non-stretchy pants). The flab hanging over the top wasn't pretty but at least I can get them on, hopefully in 10 more pounds, I'll actually be able to wear them in public. Feeling great! 25 minutes Zumba yesterday on my Wii.

Calorie intake is too high for weight loss. Chocolate bars and free food all day yesterday was so tempting. I'm happy I stayed without calorie range but I need to focus. Today should be a better day but I am worried about tomorrow. It's my neices birthday and there is sure to be pizza and cake and nachos and other goodies. My average weight loss is going to be less than a pound at this rate and I won't meet my goal of 30 lbs by June. Focus, focus, focus.

Leftover cake and a cookie after dinner last night. I haven't read for over a week. I
need
to read and refocus. I've entered my food for breakfast /lunch and I'm already at 1800 cals. It's going to be a long night but I know I can do it if I stay out of the kitchen. 16 pushups!

Slightly up after a delicious dinner last night. I will be back on track today. Yesterday's plan worked well. The last time I ate at that restaurant I consumed 3100+ cals for the day so I'm feeling pretty good about the 2800 cals yesterday. Also, I am still averaging less than my RDI for the week. Feeling sore from my 12 pushups too. I am glad the plan allows for rest days.
