Went shopping lastnight, stood by the Easter eggs for a while, got eggs for friends and family, and treated outselves to Toblerone. BIG MISTAKE. Just buying chocolate made me put on weight, so Beware!! I didn't eat any.

After a bit of advice. when you cook dry pasta or dry long grain rice which ones do you all pick for your calories as it never says if dry or cooked weight in description. I lways weigh before cooking. The same with raw chicken etc. my calories always seem extra high compared with others on here eating similar things.
