just had 11 glorious days off work. spent it with 4 kids, they had fires and marshmallows and weiners and chips and ice cream....I managed to maintain my weight threw my holidays I'm good with that. now it's back to the grind <3

some meal prep dpne for my work days :) salmon cream cheese, salsa, and chilli. going to have salmon tacos for one meal and chille over lettuce the other.
