If nothing else, this Journal is for myself. Tonight I weigh 136 lbs and I'm easily made upset by the way I look. I know I can do better than what I've allowed myself to do, but something stops me. Tonight I binged on crackers, cereal, peanut butter, popcorn, and granola bars. I've kept a 'healthier' house, which leads to more eating to try to get rid of the cravings. I don't know how to stop. I can think to myself how unhappy I'll be when I eat as much as I do but I've consistently had over 2,000 calories a day, with 700 of them being consumed from 7-11pm.
Just one step at a time. But I need something to help motivate me into changing. I need help with late night eating. I work out twice a day, but abs are made in the kitchen. I can't have empty cupboards but something needs to change.

Someone help me beat myself.
