Now, this is the life! I am sitting out in my yard, grounding, listening to peaceful meditation music. I am listening to the birds. The breeze rustling the leaves. Watching the small wildlife scurrying around and climbing for berries. I even scattered blueberries for them. So cute watching the chipmunks eating them in front of me. Yes, there is construction around 1/4 mi from me and a main highway behind me. But I finally feel so peaceful. I am in my element. ahhh What more could I ask for? Nothing

Wasn't going to weigh in till the end of the 30 Day Vegan Challenge. But, I felt like I was gaining weight while eating over my RDI. So when I was cleaning the animal scale at work this morning, I decided to see the damage. How can that be, filling out, but have a weight release? YAY :)
