Down another pound despite free breakfast around the office and a late dinner. I credit the extra walk at my break and using the food journal to monitor daily calorie totals. Keepin' on, Keepin' on.

26 pushups. I walked nearly 3 miles yesterday and it really helped. I finally dropped below 270. Woot woot. Now on to the 250's. Finished another chapter in the book. I tried situps last night but I still can't do one. I can barely get my shoulders off the ground. This is going to be a long road but I think I am up to it.

Moderate. Diet on track. A was a little hungry last night but focusing on my goals and the reasons for the hunger (stress) helped me avoid mindless eating. I'm having another great day today!!! There are supposed to ice cream cup cakes this afternoon but because of my current plateau, I am going to pass. I will stick mine in the freezer though. If I can get down the 2 pounds by Friday, that baby will be my lunch treat. Motivated to do this!!!

24 pushups yesterday. Moderate. Lazy day yesterday but I stayed on track for food tracking. Pre-Op appointment today. Blah.
