Today was a very difficult day. I was very hungry, couldn't think of anything else but food. I had to add 1 hard boiled egg and drink 1 more cup of chicken broth and still barely made it till dinner. I am tired more but I blame it on my work. I have been working too much and with so little food it is more complicated.
I drunk 3 cups of green tea and 6 cups of water. I did 40 crunches with a baby on my legs, 50 leg lifts (each side) and I still have to do my cardio.
My food for today:

Day 3
Br: 1 cup of coffee with 1/2 cup unsweetened silk, a toast
Snack: green tea, 1 cup of chicken broth
Lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth, 100 gm baked lean pork loin, green tea
Snack: green tea, a toast, 1 hard boiled egg
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: 100 gm baked lean pork loin, a toast, water
Total: 714 Cal

I did my cardio finally, and I feel much much better!!!!

I am feeling definitely more hungry today than yesterday. Of course my body is fighting that calorie deficiency I have created but I am strong and can do it. Evenings are more difficult to survive, so I am reminding myself constanly that when tomorrow comes and I step on that scale I will not regret staying focused and strong the day before. Little by little I will see results and get in shape. I still have to go to the gym. That might help with my hunger, and I have one more cup of buttermilk with flaxseed for the later. So I ate pretty much the same as yesterday, but drunk 5 cups of tea and 4 cups of water. That makes me go to the bathroom every hour.

Day 2
Br: 1 cup of kefire with 1 Tbsp of flaxseed and a toast, green tea
Snack: 1 cup of tomato juice, green tea
Lunch: buttermilk with flaxseed, green tea
Snack: chocolate protein shake, hibiscus tea, green tea and a toast
Dinner: 1 cup of buttermilk and flaxseed.
Total: 752 Cal

Well, I started my diet today. I will be cheating if I say I am new to dieting. I have been on and off diets many many times. This time I want to succeed, so I need to record everything I eat and do and make it public. Here we go...

Day 1
3 cups unsweetened green tea
1 protein shake (100 Cal)
1 cup tomato juice (60 Cal)
3 cups kefir with 1 Tbsp flax meal each (3x112 Cal + 3x30 Cal)
2 pieces of Ezekiel bread (2x80 Cal)
3 cups of water.
Total: 746 Cal

I went to the gym and did 24 min of cardio on a treadmill incline 10, speed 3.5 mph. I burned 310 Cal and decided to take it easy today. I feel alright, not really hungry. I found a 20 day diet plan and modified it to my needs. The first 2 days are detoxifying, so you dont eat much, they followed by 2 protein days and then 2 vegan days and then you start over.
I want to stick to that paln for at least 20 days and see the results. Wish me luck!!!
