Yesterday was a cheat day. I craved everything!! I was like a carb monster...lol. But, today is a new day and I'm back on track.😊 Tomorrow is my day off, so aqua aerobics with my mom at the gym is the plan.

I really appreciate all the advice I'm receiving. And all the support. It means a lot. No weightloss journey is easy. And I know I'll have to adjust my calorie intake at some point. But, for now, it works for me. This isn't my first diet rodey... lol. However, since dropping to 1200 calories, I'm actually seeing results. And no, I'm not starving myself. I eat more now than I ever have in the past. The difference now is that I make healthier choices. And it's paying off. I take my supplements, get my steps in, and exercise at the gym on my days off work. It fits my lifestyle and I allow myself cheat days. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of yummy food and I feel great.😊🥰

My new job is keeping me so busy. I'm dropping the weight fast now. I'm averaging 7,000+ steps a day just working 5hrs at my job. And 1200 cals daily seems to work for me. And watching carbs closely, between 50-100 net carbs daily. So far, I'm thrilled with the results.😊
