I am finally getting over the flu and bronchitis. Also starting working out at the YMCA. Trying to watch what I eat and how much at one time. I want to start IF but it is going to be hard not to drink something. I stay thirsty a lot lately. I have been going to bed early and getting up early, I think that is helping. Good luck everyone and try to stay well.

I am going to start doing better I just joined the local YMCA and got started on Fittlinx I plan to do thihs 5 days a week. I have had a bad week I have the flu and bronchitis, that's why i failed this week.

I am loosing weight again hopefully I can keep it up. I am eating more just less at a time. It really does help.

My scale broke and I have just been able to weigh myself again. I had gotten off track and am now going to soon get a gym membership. I am going to really work hard at it this time.

I am just going to try to eat less since I am not very active, at least until after I get my Cpap machine.
