??? lol 🤔 Increased caloric intake to around the 3,000 mark for the last 3 weeks... Slowly gaining 🙂 My goal is to go up to around 88 to 90kg then do a cut... Having fun 😁 experimenting and exploring options... Harder to build muscle at my age but definately not impossible lol...

Woohoo!!! 82 🤣 sticking to the plan and all going fine, I certainly got no reason to whine, time to get up and enjoy another day, life is great, what more can I say... 😎
