I weighted in today and was still 1 pound up, so I recorded it as my new weight. I hoped that with 2 dairy days the weight will come off again, but dont see any difference. I still have to do some sort of exercise, I think I will stick with cardio again. My job is going to be full time for next 6 weeks wich means I will get more money but I will not have time for sessions with my trainer. I have to talk to him tomorrow about that and find a solution. If he says he waits and does not assign anyone else to work with me, I will stick to the low-calorie diet till November 17. Seems kind of long but I have to do what it takes to shed those pounds. I watched a show today "30 the best and worst beach bodies" and every women that had a great body exercises much much more than I do and is on some sort of a low-calorie diet. I read some posts on here the folks who follow Atkin's diet. They were talking about almost 0 carbs and about 500 Cal a day!!! That is extreme, I cannot do it, but I have to stick to my plan for at least 20 days!!!

My food for today:
Day 7
Br: 1 cup of lowfat kefir, 1 Tbsp flaxeed meal, green tea
Snack: 1 cup tomato juice
Snack: green tea, a toast
Lunch: 1 cup of lowfat buttermilk, 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
Snack: green tea, protein shake
Dinner: 1 cup of lowfat kefir, 1 Tbsp flaxeed meal, a toast
Total: 734 Cal.

Modays are stressful and today wasn't different. I did not record my weight in in the morning beacause... I gained a pound!!! How is that possible? I know the explanation: it's a water weight. I just need to wait a few days and it will come off. I wasnt frustrated and foolowed my diet 100%. Next 2 days are going to be the buttermilk/kefir-with-flaxseeds-and-some-green-tea-in-between days. I know I can do it and it actually is not that bad.
Beside gaining a pound from nowhere my daughter got sick at school and the family I work for had trouble with their older son, so it is good to finally be home, have my dinner, relaxed at the computer a bit and then go to the gym to complete my challenge for today.
My food for today:

Day 6
Br: green tea, apple, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack: cabbage soup, a toast, green tea
Lunch: beans and carrots salad, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack: protein shake, green tea
Dinnet: tomato, cucumber and radishes salad w/ff yogurt, a toast
Total: 771 Cal

I had 3 cups of green tea, 3 cups of water; did 35 min of cardio and burned 469 Cal. I did reverse sit-ups (2x15), crunches (5x30) and reverse crunches (2x15).

I did not followed my diet yesterday. I had to bake brownies for lunch at my church last night, and of course I tried some. They were good and low fat/low carbs version and did not feel that guilty. I am down 2.5 pounds again!!! Today is a veggis day with more food and more calories. I made my cabbage soup but did not count the calories in it yet. I will post later how my day and my diet goes.

My day has been busy so far. That was my Sunday to cook at church and I made delicious onion-garlic baked chicken and saute okra with black beans, corn and peppers, steamed rice, salad and low-calorie brownies I snacked late night yesterday. I brought my cabbage soup and a toast with my, so when everybody was enjoying the food I made I was eating the soup. I didn't feel bad, I was happy and not temped to try even a bite. After the lunch my husband and I went shopping and it took us about 1.5 hours, so we got home aroung 4 pm. Needless to say, I did not eat anything in between and was hungry. I made fava beans and carrots salad and ate 1/2 of a grapefruit. Of course I could not drink my tea either, I only had 1 cup in the morning and will probably have one more cup later tonight. I cant decide whether or not keep my second snack (the rest of the grapefruit and a protein shake) or just eat dinner. I still have to do my cardio. Thank God, they finally fixed the gym at our appartment complex, so we can use it 24/7. No more excuses not to get my cardio done. I signed up for the 30 min cardio a day challenge which started today. I hope that will push and motivate me to accommodate a cardio workout into my daily routine.
My food for today:

Day 5
Br: green tea, 1 apple
Snack: a big bowl of my homemade cabbage soup, a toast
Lunch: beans and carrots salad, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit, protein shake
Dinner: tomato, cucumber and radishes salad with ff yogurt (for dressing), a toast.
Total: 779 Cal

I drunk 7 cups of water, 2 cups of green tea; did 37 min of cardio, and burned 278 Cal. I used a Matrix Elliptical and I am not sure it counts the calories right. I mean I was working so hard and sweating like a pig and only 278 Cal???!!! I ate all my snacks and dinner even I was hungry at all in the evening. I think the fact that I consumed 31 gm of fiber today has something to do with not being hungry. ANyway it was easy and the food was good. I am looking forward to that bean salad tomorrow and then buttermilk/kefir days again :)))

I have a confession to make, I did not stick to the diet today. I mean it's not something huge but still. I went to Costco shopping and of course had some of their samples like a few crackers, ribs, something whipped and light but not cream, pinch of nuts. Luckily gor me those samples were tiny, so I could not overeat. I decided to not eat my toast tonight, just tea and meat to compensate some of the extras and I am not going to be extremely upset, afterall, I will end up eating maybe 100 more calories than I intented for today. It's going to be around 800 and I am going to the gym later tonight. I feel much better today. I got better sleep, wasn't hungry at all, had lots of energy. I did 15 min 2x25 and 2x10 different crunches, 2x15 pushups, 2x20 sumo squats, 50 side leg lifts (each leg), and I am going to add 5 more minutes to my cardio tonight.
My food for today would be:

Day 4
Br: cup of coffee with 1/2 cup of unsweetened Silk, a toast
Snack: green tea
Lunch: 100 gm lean pork tenderloin, 1 cup of ff chicken broth
Snack: green tea, 1 cup of ff chicken broth, 1 hard boiled egg, a toast
Snack: protein shake, green tea
Snack: Costco samples
Dinner: green tea, 100 gm lean pork tenderloin.
Total: 800-850 Cal

I drunk 4 cups of green tea and 5 cups of water.
I did min of cardio and burned Cal.
