Due to my foot injury playing soccer, I had to stop in the middle of Asylum yet again. This could have been very fustrating. But I promised a friend to work out with her the next day as we kicked off her P90x 90 days. I'm so glad I did this, because normally I would sulk about my foot and do nothing and back track. But I had a great UB workout with Chest and Back, and I forgot just how much I love ABRX!!
So Brandon has helped me with a P90x/Core hybrid schedule until my foot heals. So lesson learned...never stop working out when you get an injury. Work around the injury!!
