Day 5 (rada banyak kali ini makannya @_@ untung ga ngelewatin batas)
Sarapan : Bubur oat topping telor, daun bawang, dan seledri, roti tawar
Makan siang : Nasi putih, ayam bakar (paha), kol, timun, tahu goreng, dipakein kecap, cimory yogurt kecil, kerupuk putih
Makan malam : Susu low fat
Snack/Camilan : Mangga, fitbar, pisang goreng kecil

Sarapan : Sandwich isi daging burger ayam, kol, timun, telur rebus, saos
Makan siang : Mangga, Nasi goreng kol dan telor (ga pake kecap, sedikit minyak), kerupuk putih
Makan malam : Oat, susu low fat
