Due to Christmas and also school holidays,i ate anything and everything and my weight ballooned to 79kgs.
The fact is,i cant even have a small serving of sometimes food and just eat it till its all gone.I no longer have those biscuits,chocolate,soft drinks in house and am back on track with the weight going down again.

Due to Christmas time and eating anything and everything for 4 weeeks straight,my weight has gone up 2 kgs.
I know where i went wrong but it was Christmas and we celebrated daily with friends and family.Time to get back to eating better again and making better choices.
