What this app needs is a 'fat removal' option to make everyone's lives easier. All products should have the option of fat removal where you can trim the fat off meat and then weigh the fat to remove fat calories (usually around 9 calories per gram, but could be adjustable to suit) to get the correct calories from the products you are eating. This can also include pure oil caught dripping off food when cooking. Give this a like if you agree, then maybe Fatsecret will add it!

I'm going to admit here that sometimes I... freeze yogurts.
Even when they are well in date!
Sometimes they are more enjoyable to eat that way!
Am I the only one? 😂

I've set a new goal weight of 105kg today seeing as I've lost so much weight over the last 2 months. Stomach muscles are starting to show through now, it feels good!
