I went to the market today.
STRAWBERRIES😁 blue berries, sweet Italian sausage, Oranges, Applels, T.P. LOL!

Back to my woe Keto I go.
as some know, I have a drummer bud living in my house.
He eats carbs like a monster.
I ate fried potatoes with Velveeta cheese.
I was so sick feeling last night.
WHOA! can't do this anymore.
I'm going to make soup from a fatty steak.
back to what makes me have energy and just feel good.
I'm keeping fruit, berries.
Thankful that I had blueberries, wanting strawberries, avocados.
this morning will be eggs with sharp cheddar...
no more white potatoes again for me.
maybe I got cuties from kissing a Woman the day before...
lol!
I'm blaming it on white potatoes.
I'm sticking to the potatoes.
No way am I giving up kissing Women😂😂😂😂
