first down day of my diet have to do 438 cals. but tomorrow is an up day hope I can do this.

Today I decided to try the Judd diet and this is really my last ditch effort. Nothing I own fits and I am going to see if this will work. I would appreciate finding a buddy who is doing it. I calculated my caloric intake on his site and found I need to do 2098 on my up day and 430 on my down day. Today is my first day and I will probably do the up day because I have a pot roast in the crock pot and had two toaster waffles for breakfast.

Pleased that I have maintained my loss. This is inspiring to help me stay on track and not get down on myself. I know I can get all the way down this time and stay down for the rest of my life. If I dont I am afraid my life will be short. One really nice thing for today is that now that I am in Neow Mexico my arthritis is so much better. who knew?

Wow! weighed in at 160.8 this morning. One day of Atkins induction and exercise. I might actually be able to do this and I am never leaving my support sites because I know they help. Thanks everyone out there who give me your example of perserverence.

Help I am so disgusted with myself. I have completely abandoned any attempt to lose weight and I am creeping back up to my heaviest. I am in NM caring for my grandbabies and we have been eating out a lot. I have not signed in here because I have just been too embarassed. I do have access to a tread mill and did 30 mins on it today and I will do it every day.AAAAAAH
