Lifted moderately yesterday. Focusing on squats (3x per week - getting low and doing one-leg squats on the bench holding plates) to get my legs and butt back to where they should be. Doing some arms and abs also.
Playing tennis today with cute guy from work. He isn't that good but it's still feels good to get outside and hit. I really miss playing and I wish there were better players around here, but what can ya do?
On point with my diet. I plan on getting underneath that 1200-1300 range I've been eating in upcoming weeks, but it seems to be manageable with some will power. I miss Florida. I miss my friends. I miss being thin. Ugh.

Epilepsy is a bitch.
Back on track. In the gym for the next 30 days straight and watching my weight. Committed for at least 30 days, hopefully that is enough to get me back into my routine and back on track.

Trying to eat clean - can't stick to as low of a calorie diet as I'd like but I am eating much healthier these last few days and drinking more water. Trying to get back on the wagon - need to stop drinking as it's really killing my total calories.
P90X begins Monday.

Too, too, TOO fat. I cannot be this fat - it is making me so unhappy.
Went and bought the HCG drops yesterday - I do not care what it takes I am losing 20 pounds in the next 3 months. I absolutely refuse to feel this bad about myself. I cannot be myself when I feel like I am living in some fat person's body. I am going to log in EVERY day for the next 28 days and track my weight EVERY day for the next 28 days. That is a minimum to ask of myself and I really need to get serious about this and be accountable for the binge eating I've been doing out of stress and depression. Struggling with neurological issues is no excuse, and I know it may sound nuts to try to lose weight while dealing with neurological problems, but I can't bear to be SICK and FAT - it makes me feel like I have no control over my life and I want my life and my body back.
