I took my measurements today,although I was not happy it's time to get honest. I figure since the scale doesn't always move downward,the tape might be a little kinder.
Been keeping up with all my mini challenges,including no cheese. My son came in today with dz. of Dunkin donuts.AAARGGH!! ,so I cut a Boston cream in half. I am not goig to beat myself up over it because it could of been way worse like2 3x worse.
I have always been an emotional/stress eater and with my Aunt passing today I am holding on tight

I was successful at completing all my mini challenges today. Bummed out over my foot being in so much pain, so did some leg lifts on bed and chair. I really hope this cortisone shot I got yesterday starts to work.

Very discouraging, my foot is killing me can not walk never mind exercising. Oh well, guess I will do arm exercises and stretching and rest my foot. Hope everyone has a great day.
