Multiple diets multiple big weight losses, finally get my head into the right space to call it a life style and not a diet only to fall right back down again in 2019, after a robbery at work I totally lost the plot, eating what I wanted and not exercising:( now with a increase of probably 15kilos I am finally in the right head space to start again, I’ve done it once (well many times) I can do it again 💪🏻 2.9kilos lost in 3 wks and doesn’t even feel like I’m on a diet :) onwards and upwards , good luck everyone x
