I started running again after almost a 60 day break in the summer...I feel awesome...nothing like it...I hope to continue. fortunately, I havent put on too much weight due to the break...so far so good...now I can get back to what I want to shed.

maintaining weight, cant lose weight...at least I can sustain:)

still stuck at 164 lbs...the good news is I am able to sustain...I have tried so many different things..different exercise to different diet but my body just refuses to lose any more weight. I am getting comfortable with being able to sustain...at least I am not gaining weight.

I have lost 27 lbs in first 3 months. in the last 3 months, I have lost 5 lbs (which is within margin of error on daily basis). How do I break my plateau?
