Haven't really been following a plan. Portland Beer Week is upon us. I've been extremely busy at work and partaking in my share of adult beverages. Still getting to the gym almost daily and due to my busy schedule, I haven't been consuming as many calories. Going back to Pittsburgh for 10 days for a wedding and Thanksgiving soon. Once I come back I'll be starting IF with a legit lifting program to make some good gains this winter. In the meantime, I have a 5K race on Sunday and a 5 Miler on Thanksgiving before I eat all of the food in existence!

Weighed in this morning. Dropped a little over half a pound. I've been eating relatively healthy lately...just have to manage portions. The weekends I go a bit overboard, but I am most active on the weekends as well. This weekend will be tough, as I'm going to NYC for my birthday weekend. I'm going to attempt to get a run in on Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be tough though.
Ran 6 miles yesterday after taking Monday off. Going to jog for atleast 3 today.

I give myself some slack on the weekends as far as dieting goes. Although I do crank up the workouts. Right now I'm only lifting Saturday and Sunday, due to my gym being completely packed after work.

The last year and a half has been quite a rollercoaster! I took up powerlifting, stopped concentrating on my diet so much, ballooned up to 217, now back down to 198. I also moved from Pittsburgh to Maine to start a new job all by myself, so things have been a bit stressful! I'm looking at making smarter choices with my food, continue powerlifting when I can, and picking up running again. I never felt better after a good run, and I'm looking forward to getting that feeling back again.
Not sure what my new goal weight will be. I don't plan on associating it with a number, but more or less how I feel and look.

Got new batteries for the scale the other day so I decided to weigh myself this morning. Could be a lot of water weight lost though since I ran outside yesterday in this 95 degree heat with humidity. Pretty sure I was sweating for about 3 hours straight haha.
