Мне подруга говорит, что нужно завтрак ,обед, ужин есть салаты из овощей, 100,200,200гр. ну и конечно белки, 100,100,100гр. и на завтрак 100 гр.углей.Она похудела на 14 кг, это у неё работает но......но я хочу так как на фс, я ж не козёл))))
