I've come to the realization that the reason why it's been so hard to lose weight is because my body recognizes it's at a healthy weight and is resistant to losing possibly crucial body fat.
Instead of focusing so much on the scale, I'm going to start putting all my efforts into just eating healthy and having FUN exercising. I want to tone up and acquire lean muscle mass, all the while having a great time doing it. I received my INSANITY package in the mail yesterday and I'm really looking forward to beginning the program on Monday. I'll be posting before and after pictures and blogging more often with my progress. I'm excited to get fit for the summer!!!

FINALLY!!!! That was the hardest 1 pound I've had to lose in my life! 138 was my goal by the end of the month. April is just around the corner, and I'm going to work my butt off to guarantee I'm down to 134 by that time.
Next week I'm going to start going to the gym again since I've been MIA lately because of work giving me a lot of hours and shopping for the Barrister's ball on Friday. I bought the most beautiful dress and absolutely cannot WAIT to see the reaction on my boyfriend's face when he sees me that night ;)
