ive lost 3.5lbs this week woooo hooooooo!!!!!!
so happy because usually on the second week i dont lose anything
so last week i was 13 stone 6 (188lbs)
this week im 13 stone 2.5 (184.5lbs)
so from the end of june when i was ill ive lost 15.5lbs and from the begining of july (which is when im really taking it from) ive lost 10.5lbs, either way im so freaking happy :D

had a bad day yesterday, i was feeling tired and ill so i was being lazy food wise and weights also nearly killed me so i didnt go on my wii later in the day or go walking as it was lashing it down all day

i lost 2lbs this week i went up 2lbs last week so im pleased to have lost it now, im on for my target of at least 9lbs by 25th september
