After recently reading and article about becoming a vegetarian-
http://zenhabits.net/how-to-become-a-vegetarian-the-easy-way/ I started to make a list of things I would love to set fourth in my life, long term goals that are very significant to me. Some of these goals seem unattainable, but I decided to make the list anyway. They are, in effect, goals. This list will not be a giant axe hanging over my head, just a list of actions that I would like to work towards achieving. What’s on the list? I’m glad you asked!
Become a vegetarian.
Exercise 1 hour daily.
Give up television.
Put $25/week into saving account.
Talk to God 1st thing in the morning.
Connect with Family.
Stop smoking.
Quit gossiping.
That’s the list! Can I do it? Man, I really can’t say that I will achieve these things, but it is good to have an objective in life with some significance.
