It's finals week. I'm proud of myself for tracking. That's about all I can say. Except I reeeeeeally don't feel good. Masochistic eater, I am when I'm stressed.

Fell off the wagon yesterday, mostly with sugar, but I also had some wheat and am definitely experiencing the 'you shouldn't have eaten that' tummy troubles this morning! On the one hand, tummy troubles suck, but on the other, it's nice to have that little reminder that, yes, there is a reason I've decided to eat the way I do. I'm jumping back on the wagon today :)

I just ate 12 chicken drummettes. Huh. Guess I was craving protein and fat! I should probably do better about spacing the protein out through the day. lol.
