TGIF! well another week is over and i am staying on track. I am doing ok at entering in my food diary and exercising. i think i am on target for a good weigh-in next week, my BIGGEST problem is pulling through the weekend. we do have a party planned, and i know i will not be eating all veggies, but i will plan ahead and have options.
But what ever happens i plan on being active and exercising. i have some fishing planned, some shopping and of course the wii. thank you all for your motivation! have a great weekend!
and for the record i have to give a shout out to my husband who makes my lunch every day to keep me on track. when i shared with him all the great people and support that i have found here, he was so positive. sometimes i have to remember that i may be hauling around extra weight, but everything else is so very good.

Wow what a way to start a week. I am so excited to be part of a group, to have a buddy and to start a challenge. I do not know at all what it intails, but i am excited to try. even if i miss the goal, i bet i could be close and thats not a bad thing. i will try to be better at my journals and listing what i am eating.

Im under the 300 mark!!! wow i think i will save my utter excitement when i can say 200, but for now, Go me!
I have been better on exercising, that wii fit gets pretty lippy when you don't and i have been outside doing things again like i was. i know not everything is exercising, but i am happy to be keeping active.
i have not be strick on the fat smash diet, but not over the top. i am planning on going back to phase one tomorrow and trying to stay on it till september when we go on vacation. this is the first real vacation in a long long time, maybe 5 yrs. and we both have a ways to go, but we are feeling good where we are, and thats important, especially for me. i may not be where i am at but i have to be proud i am making effort and that i have to be happy with who i am every step of the way, not just how much i weigh.
so my goal before vacation is 10 pounds, wish me determination!

Well i have been sticking mostly to this diet, but not 100% so again there is room for improvement. it is nice having some meat in the meals now, so new food miked into the plan has been good. I have not been exercising the way i should be, and for that i have only myself to blame. i feel that losing weight and breaking the 300 number wil be easier if i could stick to an exercise plan. But i am still in it to get the weight off, so this in it self is motivation for me to get to exercising, seeing this is the second or 3rd entry that has noted that is my main fault.
OK the weekend is almost here, and i have to follow through on getting out there and exercising and keeping busy. (and keeping up coming here more often, cause everyone on here provides motivation to keep going and believing you can do it)

Well i am still trying. I had a really bad last 10 days or so. i have my first gain, and i think it is mainly due to the fact that i went back to my old ways of just not doing anything that i dont have to do. I am proud of the fact that when i did stray from the plan, i didnt go way over board, but i was out on the deck.
Seeing we had been doing detox for most of the time, this week we moved on to phase II. I am hoping that this will give us something different and keep us motivated.
I plan on being active this week and getting motivated to do at minimum 30 minutes a night exercise and to get outside and enjoy my gardens.
