First time recording a journal entry with my weight entry but feeling really proud of my achievement. 25 kilograms down since the 1st of May 2020. When I started this journey 25 kilograms seemed impossible. I still have a long way to go but breaking the weight up into smaller chunks really helps to keep me motivated in making long term lifestyle changes.
