GET YOU DAILY DOSE OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 2-5 minutes

Servings:
Depends on mold

Ingredients:

◾2 cups unsweetened apple juice (May substitute other organic juices)
◾1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar organic "mother" in the bottle
◾5 Tablespoons gelatin power

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan combine the juice and apple cider vinegar and stir.

2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid and mix with a wooden spoon. Let this sit for two minutes. It will get chunky.

3. Place the saucepan on a burner over medium low heat. Stir with a wooden spoon until gelatin is fully dissolved.

4. Pour the gelatin mixture into silicone ice cube trays. You could need a few depending on their size.

5. Leave the trays sit out on your counter until the mixture is set a bit.

6. After 10-20 min. put the trays into your fridge to cool for at least an hour.

7. Pop out the gummies and store in a glass container in your fridge.

8. Enjoy!

Tip: May also try adding unsweetened cinnamon/apple sauce to mixture before it gels completely.
