Doing pretty good as far as not gaining . Sometimes I do put on a few extra pounds, but now I know that this is to be expected. Watching my calories really does help. Too those that are new to this "eating for life", counting your intake of food really does work. Monitor yourself and be honest as you can and watch what happens. The beautiful thing about me changing what/how much I eat, the weight has not came back (maybe a pound or two). So stick with this and you will be in the skinny crowd...Have A Skinny Day!

Feeling better today. The scale (the old mighty scale) show a weight loss of 2 lbs. This makes me feel better. My face appears to be getting slim. I only see one extra chin...LOL- Have a Skinny Day...

On the scale again (pray for me) down 3 lbs 221. Not feeling well, bad cough. I think I exposed myself to this California weather yesterday. Hot today/cold tomorrow. No Zumba today. Staying in to doctor on myself. Have a skinny day FS Buddies....

I need to stay away from the scale....Why on Saturday, I weighed in at
now I am at 218. What went wrong.....back to 224 within a few days. Maybe it was a few cocktails on the weekend! Anyway back on track I think. And why did my knee started hurting and swelled up at Zumba...I am still going back tomorrow and do what I can. I feel like I have failed. This eating right can be a pain.... FS Buddies have a skinny day!
