Haven't been doing so bad this week. It's Thursday and I will be working all day today and tonight. What a bunch of fun that will be--but a nice paycheck from two different places..oh yes! Plus I have tomorrow off and we'll be getting new internet and cable tomorrow!! So excited!
I have been drinking back my water and I think doing much better with eating.
My best friend is away for a month (she went to England to see her family), so I'm hoping that by the time she gets back I will be done to 194. That will be 10 pounds gone and a HUGE step for me. Now I just need to get a move on it..

I didn't have my pedometer yesterday with me when I went to work, so I felt quite lost without it, but I still came home and watched some tv and walked and walked and walked -- still got my 10,000 steps in! Today however it went right on me when I get up this morning.
I need to do my 100 crunches for the challenge, the rest should be quite easy to control. Alright, time for my morning cheerios.
