Last week's weight gain is STILL bothering me. I anticipated losing and was surprised at how much I gained. A small set back tends to throw me into self destructive mode, but I'm pleased to say I only completely overdid it one day last weekend.
This week has been a struggle and I'm already anxious about the scale tomorrow. My pants feel more loose (or my mind is playing tricks on me), but I fear another gain tomorrow. Need to get it together.

I won't bother with recording for the last three days because it would be awful trying to remember exactly what candy I ate in which quantities. Let's just say I ate a LOT of candy in LOTS of varieties and I consider this weekend a complete and total weight loss failure. I didn't exercise once and didn't give a shit about what I put into my mouth. Today I begin anew.

Bad habits, bad habits! I lost weight this week, but really only because at night my dinners have consisted of anti-anxiety medication and a few beers. I've had a lot on my mind lately and have been abusing myself to prove it. Less b00ze, more healthy eats, starting next week :)

I joined a challenged called "Stop psycho weighing yourself!". After tomorrow, I'm back to once a week weigh-ins.

No way possible I lost 4 lbs since Wednesday, but I'll take it! In past diets I've only weighed myself once a week as "they" say that's a better way to get a true idea of your progress, but I'm going to monitor mine three times a week - weighing every M-W-F after my session with the trainer.
The only explanation I have for losing 4 lbs since Wednesday is:
1. I did not poop (TMI) on Wednesday prior to weigh-in. This can make a huge difference; and
2. I ate a lot of pretzels on Tuesday night which equates to lots of salt and water retention.
