I have been so hungry lately! And I know it's because I've been working out and doing cardio like cah-razy, but still. Trying to eat healthy though! Yesterday I went grocery shopping and bought: Special K cinnamon pecan cereal (tastes like cinnamon toast crunch!), special k strawberry cereal bars, special k protein shakes, green tea supplements, SoBe 0 calories lifewater drinks, yogurt, chocolate rice cakes, caramel rice cakes, bananas, whole wheat bread, whole grain waffles, 1/3 fat strawberry cream cheese, soy milk, lean pockets .. I'm sure there's more, haha. I also bought some chocolate chip cookies, but in those 100 calorie portion control packs just in case I need my chocolate fix so I won't go overboard!

Here are the healthy snacks/meals I plan to make/have made out of the above:
Peanut butter smeared on top of a chocolate rice cake, topped with slices of banana (filled me right up!)
strawberry cream cheese on a whole grain waffle
Peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole grain bread

What do you guys get for healthy food at the grocery store?
