Struggling a bit today... I haven't cheated but the thought has been there almost all day. Yesterday I stayed home due to the lovely ice storm we had here in Iowa and didn't cheat once... I get to work today and I was bored out of my mind!

Today started my journey on Atkins... again. I keep thinking that I can lose this weight on my own and I don't need any help but the truth is I
can't
do it on my own and I
do
need help. I asked for and got the Biggest Loser for Wii for Christmas. I've been doing it every other day since. Some days it's not so easy to get up the motivation but I eventually get off my butt and get it done. I finally realized that this journey isn't about getting "skinny." This time it's about getting healthy and getting off all these damn medications I'm on so I can live a longer life and be here for my son. He is the reason I do anything but this time it's a little more about me.
