Only down a tiny bit but still on board with this. I am cutting out the OJ and going to use Crystal lite to mix my fiber in. I would so like to eat like a normal person but I just cannot control myself once the carbs are involved. I hope everyone is having a great day.

down again and I am determined to get off this roller coaster ride. I have got to be aware of every thing I put in my mouth and stop sitting around. I just can't get motivated to move around. I am always cleaning or reading stories to the grand babies or cooking for them. It is really hard to focus on myself at the moment.

I am really getting worried about this now. I am staying on track but I have had to mix my fiber with OJ to get it down and I am sure it must be too many carbs. I am not going to quit just watch the quantities of my reward meal and get some magnesium to help with the irregularity. I was so discouraging to get on that scale this morning. Hope everyone is doing well.

What a pain up again for no apparent reason except for digestive issues. Taking fiber for it so I may be down tomorrow. : P

Still moving down and even though just a little I am still so thankful. I hope you are all doing well and keeping to your plans. Losing weight is like getting old- not for sissys. I hope to get down to 158.9 or so tomorrow.
